Host a fundraiser
Turn your gathering into school for a child
Some of our most successful fundraisers started in a supporter’s living room.
Ideas that have worked
- Donor Appreciation Iftar. In March 2024, about 90 supporters gathered in Los Altos Hills to hear about SKF’s work.
- Holiday fundraiser at home. A supporter introduced SKF to 35 friends over a festive afternoon.
- Education through Cricket. 8 teams and 100 players in the BATBall Premier League raised funds for the Learning Center.
- Ramadan drive. Matching programs helped raise nearly $20,000 in a single month.
We will help you
We can provide a short presentation or video, printed materials, a donation link and a board member to speak at your event, in person in the Bay Area or by video call.
Give a child the chance to learn
$250–$350 covers a child’s full year at an SKF Learning Center: teacher, books, uniform and a daily healthy snack.
