Our Policies

Who we are

Street Kids Funds (SKF) is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in California, USA. SKF works on education, health awareness and economic uplift projects in developing countries for underprivileged children aged 4 to 12 and their families, and funds time-sensitive disaster relief such as food and medical kits.

Non-discrimination

SKF does not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, religion, caste, colour, national origin or political affiliation.

Dignity in photos and videos

For our relief programs, SKF does not show the faces of people receiving food or aid on our website or social media, so that their dignity is never compromised.

Child safeguarding

Photos of children at our Learning Centers are published with the consent of their parents or guardians. We use first names only in our stories and never publish children’s home addresses or contact details. Concerns can be raised in confidence at streetkidsfunds@gmail.com.

Use of funds

The board serves voluntarily. Donations fund the operation of SKF Learning Centers, scholarships and family programs, and are reported in our annual reports.
